Leap Hybrid SES: Electric Adventure

Hero Leap Hybrid SES is an upcoming electric scooter. The scooter features an 8kW permanent magnet AC motor powered by lithium-ion batteries, which can be charged by plugging into a wall outlet or by using the following functionality -

A RANGE Extender - a 124cc petrol engine that acts as an on-board generator.

The scooter claims a range of 145 km and a top speed of 82 kmph when running on the range extender.

The scooter also has a futuristic design, an all-LED lighting system and a Brembo disc brake at the front. The scooter is expected to launch in India in June 2023 in the price range of Rs 74,000 to Rs 1,10,000. .
