Tata Harrier EV: A Game-Changer in the Electric SUV Segment

Tata Motors is gearing up to revolutionize the electric SUV market with its much-anticipated Tata Harrier EV. Expected to debut at the Bharat Mobility Expo in January 2025 and officially launch by March 2025, this SUV has already created a buzz among enthusiasts.


The Harrier EV is built on Tata’s Gen 2 EV architecture, derived from the OMEGA platform, which boasts Land Rover’s D8 architecture lineage. This robust foundation ensures premium build quality and advanced technology tailored for electric mobility.

BYD Achieves Record Sales in December 2024

BYD has ended 2024 on a high note, recording an impressive 514,809 vehicle deliveries in December alone, marking a 60% increase from the previous year. This surge was driven by both electric and hybrid vehicles, as BYD continues to solidify its dominance in the global EV market.


The December sales contributed to a record-breaking total of 4.27 million vehicles sold in 2024, reflecting a robust 41% year-over-year growth. Among these, 207,734 units were all-electric vehicles, showcasing the growing demand for sustainable mobility solutions.
